Access the Divine in Self

In the distractions of technology and the search for greater, more complex modalities of healing, we can forget the simple and original tools. Energy, breath, and connection to non-ordinary states of consciousness are traditional and effective means to achieve a more enriched and vivid sense of self and purpose.

We are moving away from the Siberian word ‘shaman—’ it is for their culture to use to describe their own tradition of anima. Anima— the connection and root to all of creation as entity, as being, as consciousness and here to connect all with everything. No fear of existence, only paths towards being, and the strength and delight to explore and welcome as we guide our own bodies like ships through the eternal cosmos.
