Trance Breathwork

It's dissolving tension and pressure from the frustration and struggle to be human.

Trance breathwork has been around since the beginning. It's nothing new or fancy. Just breathing at a rapid pace for 20 minutes or more. Advanced practitioners go for hours. The space is nice. Good smells and great music for going deeply inward, or distantly outward, or exploring the vast landscape of self.

I started my breathwork journey decades ago when I sat down with a practitioner at an expo. It can be intense at times and not for everyone. Folks who have a hard time slowing down their mind get less from the experience because they become distracted by their thoughts. It takes some practice to focus to really experience the trance. It's better than beer or booze. Better than bud - a little bit. Way better than any speed or sedative.

The first time we do breathwork there can be tingling in the hands or feet. Maybe feeling hot or cold. Some slight dizziness that isn't a concern while lying back.

All kinds of things happen to folks when they experience breathwork like this. They go deep into family healing. They open up to the possibility the world is not out to get them. They relax their fear. They create great ideas of purpose and meaning. They sense the warmth and vibration of the world around them, within them, the planets and stars. They see things. Not hallucinations but truths about experience and perspective. Some meet with lost loved ones. Some release their sorrow and pain. Some travel to distant realms. They remember things about their soul. Some are driven to dance and sing. Many embrace themselves.

We welcome all believers all followers and lone wolves. We treasure the presence of those who seek more than a fight and a circus. Those who hold in their centers a deep calling to bring light to the edges of chaos.
